Lima: The capital's great architectural ensemble has earned the UNESCO Wolrd Heritage Site status, with attractions such as Casa Aliaga, the Cathedral and the Main Square.



Cusco: The ancient Inca capital is a mixture of pre-Columbian ruins and Spanish colonial architecture.



Chinchero and Ollantaytambo: Discover Chinchero town and the Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo, among other places in this historical area in the riverbank of Urubamba River.



Machu Picchu: The 'Lost City of the Incas' is hidden on top of an Andean peak. It offers not only views of the mountain range, but also the Inca past..



Andahuaylillas: Visit the Renaissance-Baroque Church of St Peter the Apostle, known as the 'Sistine Chapel of the Americas' thanks to its fabulous fresco paintings.



Lake Titicaca: A cruise on the lake makes a stop at Taquile Island and the floating Uros Islands.

Itinerary


  • Day 1 | International arrival - Lima


    A transportation service with a guide will pick you up from the airport at the established time and will transfer you to your hotel.

  • Day 2 | Lima - City Tour, Larco Museum


    Explore Lima´s old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site packed with fascinating historic buildings. Start with a scenic tour in the colonial downtown, which radiates from the Main Square visiting the Cathedral and Casa Aliaga. Continue to the Larco Museum, which is housed in a beautifully restored viceregal mansion. Finally, head to the "Love Park" in the scenic coastal district of Miraflores, where you can admire the cliffs and a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean. The service will end at the Larcomar Mall or at the hotel.

  • Day 3 | Lima - Cusco


    You will be transfered from your hotel to Lima airport. A transportation service will transfer you from Cusco airport to your selected hotelA representative will assist you during the journey and check-in at the hotel.

    The city tour starts at Coricancha, built by Inca Pachacutec and at the arrival of the Spaniards became the basis for the construction of the Santo Domingo Convent. You will continue your tour to the city´s Main Square where you will see its architecture and the imposing Cathedral. You will continue to the fortress of Sacsayhuaman, the archeological site of Quenqo and Puka Pucara which means "Red Fortress".

  • Day 4 | Cusco – Sacred Valley


    During the morning, you are picked up from your hotel to visit the town of Chinchero, a traditional Cusco urban centre located at an elevated point with a beautiful view of the valley. The inhabitants of this area preserve the artisan traditions and the inherited knowledge of the Incas and display them in their clothes and customs. Then, you are transferred to the Living Museum of Yucay, an Andean traditions interpretation centre with demonstrations of the production of textile work, adobe, pottery and silverware. Upon arriving in Ollantaytambo, have a superior Andean gastronomy experience in a restaurant and feel the true spirit of the Sacred Valley. Later, climb the iconic fortress, built next to a mountain. At the end of this activity, you are transferred back to your hotel.

  • Day 5 | Valle Sagrado – Machu Picchu - Cusco


    Your tour to Machu Picchu begins with a train ride to Aguas Calientes, the last stop before entering the remains of the most important archaeological site in Peru. After a short transfer by bus you will reach the lost city of the Incas: Machu Picchu. Return to Aguas Calientes for lunch at Café Inkaterra. Then, you will begin your return to Cusco. After the tour, enjoy lunch at Café Inkaterra. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.

  • Day 6 | Machu Picchu - Cusco


    You can return to Machu Picchu and visit any of the attractions of the citadel: Intipunku ('Puerta del Sol'), climb to the Huayna Picchu (subject to space availability), where you can find the 'Temple of the Moon' or you can visit the Inca Bridge, a stone building that served as an entrance or exit from the citadel. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the Aguas Calientes train station to begin your return to Cusco.
