See the selection and toasting process. Enjoy a coffee prepared by a specialist, who will tell about the origin, varieties, methods, products and myths around this grain.
DISTILLERY
Learn about the Cañazo process made from sweet cane grown in high altitude. Hundreds of demijohns store beverages macerated mostly with herbs and vegetables grown in the hotel´s garden. Duration: approximately 40 minutes according to the number of people.
