The culinary experience begins at the Producers Market of San Isidro where a chef presents the main ingredients used in Peruvian cuisine. Then, the passenger is transferred to the new Urban Kitchen space in Miraflores to be part of a participatory cooking class. The lessons are designed so that even people without previous experience can follow each step of the recipes. After this illustrative activity, the prepared dishes are enjoyed as lunch.
